Shipping Policy
All orders are quickly processed and usually ship within 24 to 48 hours. An email will be sent to you if there will be a delay in shipping your order.
Our shipping charges are determined by the weight of your order and the destination, excluding applicable sales tax. If there is an offer for Free Shipping and you don't know the coupon code, please contact us by email at help@technoavenue.com or by live chat.
For multiple quantity order of the same brand or model, we might be able to offer Free Ground Shipping. Contact us for more information.
If an order was shipped Free and was returned, applicable shipping charges will be deducted to your refund amount.
International Orders
International customers, please contact sales@technoavenue.com for shipping rates and availability. Please note that many products' warranties do not provide coverage outside the U.S., and some products may not be exported due to manufacturers' restrictions or U.S. laws. Techno Avenue makes no representations regarding warranty coverage, compatibility, or serviceability for products that are used outside the U.S. Orders for shipment outside the US are subject to higher shipping rates, and applicable customs, duties and taxes, all of which are the responsibility of the customer. All international orders must be prepaid in full with U.S. funds, by a cashier's check drawn on a U.S. bank or by wire transfer.
If you purchase items for the purpose of export, you must obtain from the federal government certain export documentation, and that responsibility is solely yours. The terms of our agreements with some vendors represented in our online store forbid us from exporting their products. If you are planning on using the product outside the US or Canada, make sure that you read the Manufacturer Specification about usage outside US or Canada.
